Information for the guests:
– the reception is open at the following times: from 8:30 am to 11:00 am and from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm
– the barrier is closed outside office hours. For this period, we provide a PIN to open the barrier. It is strictly forbidden to share the PIN with other persons/guests.
– the password for the free WiFi will be sent via email
– check-out must be done by 11:00 am on the day of departure
– the payment is to be made in cash or by Visa, Mastercard or Credit Card on the day before departure
– strict adherence to waste separation is required
– for the needs of the dogs, the dog toilet is to be used, and dogs must always be kept on a leash
– 50-cent coins are to be used for hot water in the showers
– toilets, showers, and dishwashing sinks are to be left clean
– the cleaning of sanitary facilities takes place between 7:00 am and 9:00 am
– there is no toilet paper in the toilets, please remember to bring your own
– for the washing machine and dryer, use your own coins, which are available at the reception for € 6.00 each
– carpets or other coverings are not allowed in the pitch area
– the Guest Pass for the use of public transport in South Tyrol is free of charge and will be sent to you by email upon reservation, but it is also available at the reception
