Information for the guests:
- Reception: The reception is open from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM.
- Barrier: The entrance barrier remains closed outside office hours. A personal PIN will be provided to open the barrier during this time. This PIN must be kept confidential and not shared with others.
- Wi-Fi: The password for the free Wi-Fi will be sent to you via email.
- Check-out: On departure day, the pitch must be vacated by 11:00 AM at the latest.
- Payment: The pitch fee must be paid the day before departure, either in cash or by Visa, Mastercard, or EC card.
- Waste separation: For environmental reasons, strict waste separation is required.
- Wastewater & Chemical Toilet: These must be emptied properly at the designated waste disposal area.
- Freshwater: You can fill your water tank in the waste disposal area.
- Dogs: Please use the designated dog toilet for your pet’s needs. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times on the entire site. Muzzle requirement applies to dogs over 40 kg.
- Showers: 50-cent coins are required for warm water. Please leave toilets, showers, and dishwashing sinks clean. Showers are cleaned daily between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM, but remain usable during this time.
- Toilet paper: Please note that no toilet paper is provided in the restrooms—bring your own.
- Washing machine & dryer: Special tokens are required, available for €6.00 at the reception.
- Pitch regulations: Carpets or other ground coverings are not allowed on the pitches.
- Electric cars are not allowed to be charged at the charging stations.
- Guest card: With the digital guest card, all public transport in South Tyrol can be used free of charge. In addition, many new leisure and cultural activities can be taken advantage of. Delivery is carried out via email.
